Yes, our rental vehicles are covered by comprehensive insurance. By signing the rental agreement, the customer agrees to take responsibility for any damage to the vehicle from the moment the keys are handed over until they are returned to the rental company. In case of an incident, collision, or any other damage, the customer deals directly with the insurance company. The insurance will cover the repair costs, with a deductible of CHF 1,000 for minor damage and CHF 2,000 in the event of a collision, provided the general terms of the insurance contract are met. Repairs costing less than these deductibles are entirely the responsibility of the customer.
To ensure the best possible rental experience, we ask our customers to return the vehicle in the same condition as when it was delivered. This means that the car must be clean and ready for inspection. In addition, please ensure that the fuel level is the same as at the time of delivery. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our vehicles in good condition and ready for the next tenant.
